Craft Room- part 2
Well, I was going to wait until the craft room was perfectly set up to show it to you. Do you know how long it takes to unpack and reorganize boxes and boxes of crafty stuff? No, actually, take that number and double it! The painting didn't take too long:
Just 2 coats and only one wall.
OK, fine, I'll show you what the craft room looks like now:
My favorite part might just be the Ikea Asker rail, with shelf and hooks that I strategically put above the desk, easily within arm's reach when seated. As you can see, things are still thrown about. But I'm keeping the Echino Honeybee fabric right there where I can see it: it's being discontinued! (Obviously, since it is now precious, I want to see it all the time). It seems that the designer, Etsuko Furuya, has moved on to a new collection. I suppose it was time, and I'll admit that I like the polka dot panthers, but: no more honeybees? *pout*
Speaking of new fabrics, have you seen Joel Dewberry's new collection? I can't decide which one I want to buy first when it comes out in May! Perhaps the gray and yellow flowers, they remind me of Olga.
(In case you were wondering: nope, no knitting content. Decorating has sapped my knitting mojo).
