Tres Chic Veronique

Rhinebeck!

Can you believe I knit a Rhinebeck sweater? OK, fine, it was a baby sweater... But still!
This little lamb seems unimpressed.
Deets:
Debbie Bliss Duffle Coat (Rav link) from Essential Baby (my rav link)
Yarn: Frog Tree Merino.
Needle: Size 6.
Buttons: little wood buttons from MJ Trimmings.
Notes: boy, this yarn sheds. It's a single ply, so I should've known... Well, at least it's super soft. And the halo makes it fuzzy and warm! I just don't like seeing the baby with little bits of yarn in his mouth.

I also managed to make 2 matching Aviatrix hats. (One for Sam, one for a faraway friend).
I like that this hat has a tie under the chin, even though Sam likes hats and doesn't take them off. But the best part is that it covers the ears!

Sam is in his oral phase and wants to eat everything. Even the books that I'm reading to him.
